It's playoff time for the NBA. Usually this is when we start following the season but this year has been different. With the influx of young stars, the NBA has suddenly become exciting to watch during the regular season. Not a day goes by what you wont see some thing amazing. Might have stolen that straight from the NBA TV marketing campaign, "Where Amazing Happens", but what the hell. Before we throw out our most likely incorrect playoff picks, how about the season award winners... MVP: Derek Rose, Bulls Led Bulls to best record in NBA. Seriously, is there any doubt?
Rookie of Year: Blake Griffin, Clippers No brainer here. Made the Clips watchable with his daily highlight reels.
Coach of Year: George Karl, Nuggets Had a superstar that quit on him and still made the playoffs with other team's castoffs.
Most Improved: Kevin Love, Timberwolves Tallied eleven 20-20 games and 63 double-doubles (I think). Just crazy.
